Refund Policy
Under Pressure Mandurah aims to provide high-quality pressure washing and exterior cleaning services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued and how concerns are handled.
No Change of Mind Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not provided for change of mind once services have been completed.
Service Quality Concerns
If you are not satisfied with the service provided:
You must notify us within 48 hours of service completion
Provide clear details of the issue (photos may be requested)
We will assess the concern and, where appropriate, offer:
A re-clean of the affected area, or
A partial refund, at our discretion
No Guarantee on Stain Removal
While we aim for the best possible results:
Not all stains can be removed
Some stains (including oil, rust, deep organic staining, or chemical discolouration) may be permanent
Refunds will not be provided where stains cannot be removed due to the condition or nature of the surface.
Pre-Existing Damage
Refunds will not be issued for:
Pre-existing surface damage
Wear and tear, ageing, cracks, loose concrete, or damaged pavers
Issues caused by poor installation, inferior materials, or previously applied sealers
Cleaning may expose underlying damage that existed prior to service.
Weather & Environmental Factors
Results may be affected by weather, drainage, or environmental conditions beyond our control.
These factors do not qualify for a refund.
Missed or Incomplete Services
If we are unable to complete the agreed service due to:
Our fault, or
Unforeseen circumstances on our part
You will be offered:
A rescheduled service, or
A refund for the portion of work not completed
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a call-out fee.
Deposits (if taken) are non-refundable for late cancellations.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible and within a reasonable timeframe.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a refund or remedy for a major failure, or compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
