Our Services

Under Pressure Mandurah provides professional exterior cleaning services, including:

Driveway cleaning

Patios & outdoor areas

Pathways & paving

General exterior hard surface cleaning

Residential & commercial properties

Services may involve high-pressure water and/or professional cleaning chemicals.

Use of Cleaning Chemicals

​

Industry-approved cleaning chemicals may be used to remove dirt, mould, algae, lichen, oil stains, and organic buildup.

While every effort is made to use surface-appropriate products, some surfaces may be:

Old, worn, unsealed, or poorly sealed

Previously repaired or coated

Made from materials that react differently to cleaning

Cleaning may expose pre-existing wear or damage such as colour variation, etching, fading, or surface deterioration.

Under Pressure Mandurah is not responsible for these outcomes.

Surface Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

​

Customers must inform us before work begins of:

Cracks, loose concrete, damaged or sunken pavers

Flaking or deteriorating surfaces

Previous repairs or sealers

Any known areas of concern

We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, poor installation, inferior materials, or age-related wear.

Stain Removal Disclaimer

​

We aim to achieve the best possible result; however:

Not all stains can be completely removed

Some stains (including oil, rust, or deep organic staining) may be permanent

No guarantee is provided for complete stain removal.

Water Use & Runoff

​

The customer agrees to provide access to water unless otherwise arranged.

Reasonable care is taken to manage water and chemical runoff; however, we are not responsible for drainage limitations beyond our control.

Plants, Lawns & Surroundings

​

We take reasonable precautions to protect plants and surrounding areas.

Under Pressure Mandurah is not liable for damage to plants, lawns, or landscaping that are already stressed, sensitive, or in poor condition, or for chemical sensitivity beyond reasonable control.

Access & Safety

​

Customers must:

Provide clear access to all work areas

Remove vehicles, furniture, and fragile items

Secure pets away from work zones

We reserve the right to stop, suspend, or reschedule work if conditions are unsafe.

Quotes & Pricing

​

Quotes are based on information provided and visible site conditions.

Prices may change if surface conditions differ significantly from what was described or if additional time, labour, or chemicals are required.

Any pricing changes will be discussed where possible before proceeding.

​

Payment Terms

​

Payment is due on completion of services, unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may result in additional fees or refusal of future services.

​

Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.

Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a call-out fee.

Services may be rescheduled due to weather or safety concerns.

​

Complaints & Re-Clean Policy

​

Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

Re-cleans are offered at our discretion and do not apply to permanent stains or pre-existing damage.

​

Liability Limitation

​

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law:

Under Pressure Mandurah is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Liability is limited to re-performing the service or refunding the service cost.

Insurance

Under Pressure Mandurah holds appropriate public liability insurance.

Proof of insurance is available upon request.
